Update on Elder Chase Peterson

Image
Here is a quick update on our Elder Peterson. Chase left the MTC Tuesday for San Jose. He called my parents about 7:30am from the airport. My Mom and Dad both got a chance to talk with him for a minute. They said he sounded great and that he was excited to get to San Jose. He really didn't mind the MTC at all and had made alot of new friends. Then Wednesday morning my Mother got a phone call from Chase's Mission President. Just letting her know that Chase got there safe and that they sent him out to his area. He is about a hour and a half out of San Jose in a farming community about the size of Blackfoot. He met up with is Companion Elder Griggs who is from Colorado and the Mission President said he is a very hard worker. As for Jesse and I we are just plugging along. Trying to get everything finished before the baby gets here. Hopefully only about a month left! I just hope we can get her here before the end of the year! We'll keep ya posted!

Taking Chase to the MTC!

Well Yesterday was the day. We took Cha se to the MTC in Provo. It was extremely hard to say Good Bye and leave him there but I know he is ready! He is going to make such a wonderful Missionary. Jesse and I were so proud of him yesterday! He was his usual cool, calm and collected self. He has become such a great man and I could not ask for a better little Brother. It is kinda hard for me to think that Jesse and I's little girl will be almost 2 by the time he gets home. All he told me was that she better be turnin wrenches and riding dirt bikes when he gets home. She will still be a little bit to small for that so he will be able to teach her those things! Chase will be leaving the MTV Nov. 25th so he will be in San Jose for Thanksgiving! We all just love and admire Chase so much for the wonderful person he is and the great decision he has made. He is such a great example to BreAna's boys and will be to our kids as well. We will miss you Chase and Love you so much! Good Luck Bu...
